Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is shipped.
• Once your order has been packed or dispatched through Shiprocket, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, contact us immediately at Teanest179@gmail.com or call +91 89036 72999 with your order details.

2. Cancellation by Tea Nest

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
  • The item is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment issues or transaction errors through Razorpay.
  • Invalid or incomplete address information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
• In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

• If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
• Refunds for prepaid orders (via Razorpay) will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• The amount will be credited back to the same payment method used during purchase.
• If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time, contact your bank or Razorpay support first before reaching out to us.

4. Return Policy

• We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
• To request a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Teanest179@gmail.com.
• Share your order number, photos, and details of the issue.
• Once approved, we will arrange for pickup through Shiprocket or guide you on how to return the product.
• Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened tea packets or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrived damaged or defective.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund:
  • First, check your bank account or Razorpay transaction history.
  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company.
  • If the issue persists, reach out to us at Teanest179@gmail.com and we’ll assist immediately.
