We have partnered with Shiprocket to manage our order fulfillment and delivery process. Shiprocket ensures safe, fast, and reliable shipping across India.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS or email from Shiprocket. You can use this link to track your shipment status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If you are unavailable during delivery, please contact the courier or Tea Nest support to reschedule.
• Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts will be returned to us, and reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

Please check your package upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at Teanest179@gmail.com with photos and order details. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Tea Nest ships only within India. We are working to expand international delivery soon.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
